Weekly Update
November 26, 2024 - Thanksgiving edition
From the Principal
Dear Aquin Families,
This week of thanksgiving reminds us that we have so much to be thankful for in our lives. I am constantly reminded of how special it is to be in the Aquin community with all of you. This school has shown me that we can achieve anything we put our minds to!
I wish all of you a very blessed Thanksgiving and a restful long weekend.
See you all in December!
Mrs. Heitkamp
“Gratitude is not merely the polite habit of saying thank you. It goes deeper than words, reaching into our most fundamental attitude toward others and ourselves. We can be grateful for the kindness, practical help, or comforting presence of another person. We can also be grateful for our own gifts, our ability to learn, and our unique history and personality.”
—Vinita Hampton Wright in Small Simple Ways
