The Debate-A-Bulls Keep Winning!!!
Earlier this month, the Debate-A-Bulls competed in Blue Key at The University of Florida. Dylan Gaynor and David Hain broke through to the Congress Semifinals. Please congratulate Dylan and David if you see them.
Last month, the Debate-A-Bulls also took home trophies for Dramatic Performance, Informative Speaking, and Public Forum Debate. Please congratulate Gemma Brugnolotti, Nelly Gonzalez, Kaylynn Weir, David Stanescu, and Salvatore Curcuru for their wins!
Also, last month (starting up the season) AND again this past Saturday, the Debate-A-Bulls won MORE trophies in both Novice and Varsity Congress. Please congratulate Erin Broadley, Sasha Inozemcev, Victoria Petitone, Gianna Sethi, Drake Schluth, Shubham Shanubhouge, Layla Jaffe, Dylan Gaynor, Dennis Crowley, Max Korotkiy, Myles Rafael, Natalie Newman, Salvatore Curcuru, Ryan Inozemcev, and Nika Larina who all placed in their respective chambers. Ariana Lester won best P.O. in her chamber.
Again, please tell these kids how proud you are! They are doing incredible things. I wish you could see them all in action...it's not only inspiring, but it's incredible to see such young, passionate individuals use their voices and skill with rhetoric and put themselves out there...and we are so incredibly proud of all their determination and hard work!!! They stay after school every week to practice. Even if you don't see a "winner" listed above, if you know a student involved in West Boca's Speech and Debate Team, please acknowledge their hard word work. They might not have a trophy YET, but it's bound to be earned with the hard work these Bulls put in. They are all absolutely outstanding.
Sincerely,
Your West Boca Speech and Debate Coaches
