Service Academy Interest Meeting
HTHS students in any grade (9-12) interested in applying for and attending a Service Academy (United States Military Academy at West Point, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy), there will be an interest meeting held at HTHS on Tuesday, November 26, between 1pm-3pm. We will host Cadet Timothy Brisco, an HTHS graduate currently enrolled at The United States Military Academy at West Point. Cadet Brisco will be on campus to talk with prospective service academy applicants about the application process and life as a cadet at West Point. This is during the week we are off of school for Thanksgiving Break. Please enter campus through the main lobby doors. We will meet in a classroom on 1st floor B-Wing. This meeting is open to HTHS students and their parents/guardians.
Round 1 Football Playoff Attendance Mobile, AL November 8
Students planning to attend the Round 1 Football Playoff Game at Baker High School in Mobile, Alabama will be allowed to checkout of school at 10:30 am on Friday, November 8th with a parent approved Google checkout form. Students will be required to check in at the game once they arrive.

Free Math Tutoring!
Students in Mu Alpha Theta (math honor society) will be offering tutoring for math students each Tuesday morning in room B131 starting on October 1. It will start at 7:30 each Tuesday morning.
This will be great for students who are needing some extra help!
No signup necessary - just show up!
AP Exam Payment Reminder
AP Reminders:
The deadline to order AP exams is approaching. Please ensure your student has completed both steps required to order their AP exam(s).
- Join AP classroom for each AP class/exam.
- Pay $40.00 fee for each AP exam.
Important Dates to Note:
November 7-15: AP exam payments not accepted online. Cash or check payments only.
November 15: AP exam payments due by 2:00 pm.
November 16: Late fee of $40.00 applied to each unpaid exam fee. Online payment portal available.
