Thursday, 11/07 & Friday, 11/08
Last year, ASA honored veterans with an assembly on Veterans Day. Veterans joined us for grade level assemblies. The assemblies had an incredible impact on our community and allowed our students to understand the importance of honoring veterans. Veterans will be invited to sit on stage and participate in a panel discussion. They may participate as much or as little as they are comfortable. Our main focus is to honor those that have served. Please fill out the form below to RSVP.

Girl Scout Service Project- Book Drive
We are thrilled to announce that our Girl Scouts are organizing a Book Drive to support Kakamega County in Kenya! This initiative, in partnership with the African Library Project, is part of their service project which is aimed at creating a library for children.
How You Can Help: Please consider donating new or gently used children's books appropriate for 2nd-8th grade reading levels.
Donation Details:
- When: November 4th - 8th
- Where: Bring books to the front gate during morning drop off
- Goal: Our goal is to reach 1,000 books!
Every book donated can make a difference in the lives of these children. Together, we can empower young minds and inspire a love for reading!

2025-2026 Open Enrollment
We are thrilled to announce that Allegiance STEAM Academy is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year!
If your student is currently enrolled at ASA, there’s no need to reapply—your spot is secure. However, if you have a child on our waitlist for the current year and would like to apply for next year, we encourage you to do so during this Open Enrollment period. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of our dynamic community!

Covering essential topics such as social media's impact on well-being, the neurological effects of screen use, privacy considerations, and the hidden influences of social media algorithms, the discussion offered families valuable tools and perspectives to guide their children in a digitally driven world.

PAW Patrol
Are you looking for a way to volunteer at ASA? Join the PAW Patrol (Parents of Awesome Wolves)! PAW Patrol is an innovative parental involvement initiative aa ASA Thrive that invites mothers, fathers, guardians and/ or significant family members to volunteer at least one day a year. Volunteering can include assisting teachers in their classrooms, helping out at recess or even helping out at school events! Click here to read our Volunteer Orientation Training Guide.
ELOP Information
We're excited to offer a variety of sports and clubs this year, giving students opportunities to learn and grow. Session 2 starts next week—please ensure you've completed the waiver on the PowerSchool Parent Portal if your child has been invited to participate.
Please remember that students must be present during the regular school day to participate in any after-school competitions. Additionally, after two late pick-ups from any club or session, your child will not be able to participate in clubs for the rest of the year. Dismissal for clubs is at 4:05 pm.
Basketball & Coed Flag Football Try Out Information
Basketball
Basketball tryouts will begin on November 19th and November 21st for Grades 6-8. Waivers are available now on the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
Coed Flag Football
Coed Flag Football will have tryouts after school on November 20th for Grades 5-8. Waivers to participate can be found on your PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Wolfie the Wolf
We are excited to announce that Wolfie the Wolf will be on campus, and he's hungry! Starting this week, we’re inviting all students to bring in any wrapped sweet treats or small goodies to help “feed” Wolfie.
Where to Find Wolfie:
Wolfie will be stationed at the front gate awaiting all his fun treats!

Thank you for helping us keep Wolfie full and happy. We can’t wait to see him bursting with goodies at the Fall Festival!
The PACK is still looking for a Fundraising Chair Assistant! This 100% volunteer position is a wonderful way to get involved, help raise funds for our school, and make a positive impact on our students’ experiences. We would love to have you join our team!
