From the Principal
Hillendale families,
Happy Autism Acceptance Week! This past Friday, our 5th graders defeated the staff in our annual basketball game on a last second buzzer beater that will go down in Hillendale history. Congratulations, 5th grade! Patton, watch out!
On Friday (4/4), our students will enjoy our 5th annual Student Wellness Day! Students are encouraged to wear their Hillendale Spirit Wear.
The Spring PTO Adult Fundraiser "Parents Night Out" is THIS FRIDAY, April 4th. Please see more details below including graphics created by the students in Mrs. Blaisse's Graphic Design Club! The Auction is already LIVE! This is a great way to support our PTO even if you're unable to make it to the event that evening. The annual event is truly one of my favorite nights of the year! Hope to see you there.
School will be closed TOMORROW (3/31) for teacher in-service.
Have a great week!

Toys at School
We would appreciate your support in reminding our students that toys (including balls) should stay at home. If a teacher specifically allows a toy (show and tell) or if Y-Care allows toys/balls after school this is fine, however, toys should otherwise remain at home. See page 11 of our Elementary Parent Handbook for more details.
