Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
There will be NO DRIVEWAY for the first week of school. Parents will park and walk their children into the building. Please read the driveway rules below that will begin on Monday, August 19th.
MORNING DRIVEWAY DROP-OFF:
- Exit the car using only the passenger side doors of the car. You may not exit the car using the driver’s side doors. (For safety, we do not want any person standing between two cars in the driveway.)
- Do not retrieve anything from the trunk of the car in the driveway area.
- Driveway teachers and patrols cannot retrieve anything from the trunk of any car in the driveway.
- Drop-off the student in the driveway area ONLY. Do not drop-off the student in the parking lot.
MORNING & AFTERNOON PARKING LOT AREA:
- Arrival and dismissal will be via the driveway line ONLY.
- Once entering the school grounds, drive slowly. (less than 10 mph)
- Do not use cell phones while driving on school grounds.
- Please follow driveway line procedures.
- Be vigilant of cars that are moving in and out of parking areas.
- If necessary to walk in the parking lot, keep child(ren) next to you AT ALL TIMES.
ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL TIMES:
- 7:15am - 7:45am Kinder - 8th Grade, Padre Pio, MTP Driveway Drop-Off
- 7:15am - 7:45am PreK Cafeteria Door Drop-Off
- 2:20pm PreK Cafeteria Door Dismissal
- 2:30pm Kinder - 5th Grade, PPA, PPB, MTP Driveway Dismissal
- 2:45pm 6th - 8th Grade, PPC, PPD Driveway Dismissal
SPEC will be conducting a comprehensive developmental screening at St. Agatha on SEPTEMBER 12 and 13. SPEC will be checking vision, hearing, and developmental milestones. Please CLICK HERE to download the registration form.
This screening will be mandatory for all PreK students and will be optional for kindergarten through 8th grade students.
The Archdiocese of Miami and the All Catholic Conference requires parents of students who play team sports to complete the Parent Play Like a Champion Today workshop. For your convenience, the workshop will be held at our school on Monday, August 26th at 7:00pm. Please check your email for more information.
Calling All Coaches
We're getting ready for the 2024-2025 sports season and are looking for coaches and assistants to get all our teams up and running. We would like to participate in all the sports offered by ACC. In order to do this, we need your help!
Please CLICK ON THIS LINK to check sports season dates and select the team(s) you would be interested in coaching or assisting. Also, if you know someone who would be interested in coaching or assisting next school year, please pass along the survey link. All coaches must be 18 years or older.
Coaches and assistants will need to complete Archdiocese of Miami fingerprint clearance, Virtus Program, and Play Like A Champion Training (Clinic Training Dates TBA). The coach will receive a stipend for the season.

Home & School Association: Allows you to actively support the spiritual and academic growth of our students by preparing school events, activities, and fundraisers. It provides an opportunity to foster a strong sense of community and partnership among parents, teachers, and staff.

Homeroom Delegates
Are you interested in being a homeroom delegate for next school year? Please complete the INTEREST FORM in order to be considered for this leadership position in our Mustang community!
All delegates must complete the Virtus Program and have Archdiocese of Miami fingerprint clearance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other dads, support, and make a difference in the lives of our children. The Dad Club will be dedicated to fostering a strong community of fathers who are actively involved in their children's education and extracurricular activities. Your involvement will not only enrich your child's school experience but also create cherished memories and strengthen our school community. Dads make a difference!
We encourage our SAS dads to follow St. Joseph's fatherly example and foster a sense of community among themselves, offering support and camaraderie in their shared journey of parenthood.

We warmly invite parents to join the SAS Garden Society along with their children. The Garden Society will meet throughout the year to engage in fun gardening activities such as planting, watering, painting, and enriching our beautiful Fairchild Rosary Garden. This is a chance to spend quality time together, meet other families, and contribute to a green and vibrant school environment. Come grow with us and be a part of this amazing experience!

SAS Parents: Kindergarten - 8th Grade
The students from Kindergarten through 8th grade must have completed the summer assignments before school begins. The summer assignment will be collected in August during the first week of the 2024-2025 school year. Parents, please be mindful that summer packets were sent home the last week in May 2024.
