Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week

We will be celebrating our amazing teachers and staff this week! This year we are celebrating with thanking our teachers and staff for helping us bloom! Below is an itinerary of events for the week. We have also included ways for you and your family to give our teachers and staff the appreciation they deserve!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

As a THANK YOU from the entire Bateman Community we are raising funds to give EVERY SINGLE BATEMAN TEACHER AND STAFF a gift card. This is our chance to say thank you not only to our teachers, but our custodians, lunch staff, security team, classroom aides, SECAs, clerks, therapists, nurses and education support personnel. That's 130 amazing people who guide and teach our favorite little humans.

We have a little head start on this thanks to everyone who bought in to the Spring Fling Wine Pull on Friday!

We hope you will donate to this amazing effort!

We want to help stock up the teacher's lounges as well as the lactation room. Have you got any extra of the following laying around?

• Coffee or Tea K-cups
• Sugar or Creamers
• Snacks (bars, chips, nuts, etc)
• Microwaveable popcorn
• Paper Goods
• Plastic Utensils
• Reams of Paper

We want to make next week's Teacher & Staff Appreciation one for the books! In order to make this week as wonderful as possible, we're going to need some assistance making each day magical!

There are all different kinds of ways you can volunteer:

• Make and bring in delicious breakfast treats for Monday morning
• Help clean and stock the staff lounges Monday evening
• Bring in extra flowers on Tuesday to make sure every child has one to give their teacher
• Help with lunch on Wednesday
• Help distribute treats to every teacher and staff member on Friday afternoon
