Extended Day Program

Well, October sure was a fun month and it flew by so quickly!

We have begun to color, paint and craft all things turkey! I hope that you and your family have a wonderful and safe holiday season :)

EDP will be closed the week of November 21-25.

Fall Camp will be in operation from 11/21-11/23 for those families that signed up.

Registration is open until 11/11/22 for an additional fee of $40.00 per child/per day or $105.00 for all three days. Payment is due 11/14/22

Yes, your child is able to bring their electronics on Fridays only.

There are certain rules we must abide by, they are as follows:

1. They can not charge their device while at EDP.
2. They can not play games that have violence, mature content or chat options.
3. No sharing of their device.
4. They are responsible for their device.
5. They are not to use their device during school hours unless their teacher specifies that they can do so.
6. The above rules are applicable during EDP hours, 2:30-6:30pm

I have included our Daily Pick Up Authorization form below for you to access in the event that you need to add someone. Please remind them to bring their ID when picking up your child. If an emergency arises and you need to send someone that is not listed as an authorized pick up person, please email me or call me to let me know asap.

Child Pick up is at Door #19 in the very back of the building (Bus Loop).

You are able to drive up to the door as long as there are not any buses parked in the area.

You will sign your child out on the tablet that is provided.

Your Username is your cell phone # without the area code.

Your passcode is 2022

Instructions will be provided for you to reference.

If you pick up your child before 3:30pm, we will most likely still be in the cafeteria eating dinner. Please call 512-594-4230. I will have the EDP desk phone forwarded to my cell phone and I will be able to assist you. There will also be a sign on the door with this information.

Please be prepared to show your ID at pick up and remind anyone you have designated as an authorized pick up to bring their ID as well.

EDP closes at 6:30pm every day. There is a $1.00 per minute/per child fee for any child that is picked up after 6:30pm

2:45pm-Students released to EDP classroom

2:45-3:30 Dinner

3:30-3:45 Homework Time

3:45-5:15 Students will attend rotations (Gym, Outside, Computer Lab, Centers)

We will go outside if the weather is permitting.

5:15 Snack

5:30-6:30 Centers in EDP classroom
