Summer School 2024

Summer School 2024 will be taking place from Monday, June 10th through Thursday, June 27th. There will be no classes on Friday, June 14th or Friday, June 21st. On Wednesday, June 19th, there will be no in-person classes but students will be expected to login from home.

Summer School 2024 is for credit recovery courses only.

Registration will open on May 1st and close on Wednesday, June 5th.

Due to the accelerated nature of the Summer School program, students must be in attendance every day. Students must participate and complete the entire course to receive credit. All Berea-Midpark High School rules and policies apply to the Summer School program.

Pie a Titan

Alumni Speaker Series

BMHS Nature Club will host their 7th alumni guest speaker, Chanse Gvist, on May 14 from 11-11:30 in C116. Chanse is a 2013 graduate of Berea City Schools and is currently a Captain for United Airlines. All are welcome to this event to hear about his journey of becoming a pilot as well as tips/advice regarding the many aviation careers available. Scan the QR code to register. Clap Out Tradition

2024 Graduates and their families are welcome to continue the tradition at the Clap Out to lead the 4th grade students on their final walk out of Elementary School on the following dates:

Grindstone on Wednesday, May 29th at 3:00 p.m.
Big Creek on Wednesday, May 29th at 3:00 p.m.
BPE on Thursday, May 30th at 1:30 p.m.

Seniors wear your graduation cap and Titans gear for this event.

Polaris Career Center Career Expo

Polaris Career Center will be hosting the Inaugural Career Expo! On the evening of May 16th, we will be hosting a Family Career Night and Job Fair! Graduating seniors (and any job seekers), are invited to Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds from 5-7:30 PM. They are encouraged to bring their resumes and dress for success!

Please share this information with your graduating seniors and their parents! This is a great event for families and job seekers. We will have over 160 businesses and many of them are hiring!

Prom

Prom is Saturday, May 18th, at Encore Event Center in Strongsville. Formerly Michaud's Party Center, Encore is located at 16808 Pearl Rd. Doors will open at 6 pm and dinner will be served at 7 pm. The event is being held in the main ballroom, and we will have open seating for the event. Please have your ticket with you and be reminded that we will be "breathalyzing".
