Media Center/Readers are Leaders
READERS ARE LEADERS
Readers are Leaders helped Mrs. Hillman collect rocks prior to Career Day so the helicopter could land safely. Students armed with red buckets searched for rocks – big and small! Over 378 rocks were collected by these kind students. We also cleaned up the area that will soon become a Butterfly Garden, finding all sorts of interesting things. We picked a few loose leaves, small weeds and estimated how much weight we collected. We weighed the bags at Nurse Kerry’s office. We collected almost two pounds!
