Veterans Day

Home Visits

Virtual and in-person Home Visits are an integral part of Dove culture, and we want to meet each and every one of our Dove families personally and share important information about our school with you! Please contact the school to schedule your home visit today!

No Cell Phone Usage in School

Cell phones are NOT allowed to be used at any time on campus. Students must turn their phones off and they must be stored in their lockers until the end of the day. Students may also check their phone into the office for safekeeping during the day should they prefer. This is outlined in the Dove Student Handbook and will be strictly enforced.

Poetry Out Loud is a free poetry recitation contest for high-school students (grades 9-12) in both public and private schools. Poetry Out Loud encourages students to learn about great poetry through memorization and recitation. This program helps students master public speaking skills, build self-confidence, and learn about literary history and contemporary life.

*Hoodies (even ones with the Dove logo) are not in compliance with our dress code policy and will not be allowed during school hours. Should you choose to purchase a hoodie, you may enjoy it before or after school and on designated hoodie days only.

Covid-19

Dove Science Academy High School is committed to the health and wellbeing of our students and staff. We clean all common surfaces every 90 minutes, check temperatures on arrival, encourage our students to wear masks and wash their hands, and follow all CDC protocols regarding Covid-19 contact tracing and quarantine guidelines. Please keep your child home if they are sick or may have come in close contact with someone who has Covid-19.
