Clear Brook Dress Code Reminders - Dress for Success
Parents,
Thank you for taking some time to review and reiterate our campus/district dress code below.
We have seen good progress in this area.
REMINDERS:
- Shorts at Mid-Thigh or Below
- No bikers shorts or form-fitting clothing
- No Pajamas
- See the attachment or QR code for more information
Students who fail to follow the campus expectations will receive Dress Code Referrals with the following consequences:
- 1st offense - Warning
- 2nd offense - 2-hour detention
- 3rd offense - 4-hour detention
- 4th offense - 1 Day of ISS
- 5th or more - Progressive Discipline
Ultimately, we want to promote a Dress for Success culture and we are encouraging our students to demonstrate the core value of responsibility. We do not wish to inconvenience any parent by having you report to campus with a change of clothing for your child. If your child does not have his or her current campus ID, please have them get a new ID to ensure that they meet campus and district expectations. Again, feel free to check out the attachment for the complete list of campus/district expectations.
Thank you for your support.

Check This Out - Little Friends Preschool at Clear Brook High School
We are a lab-based preschool program where high school students have been selected to plan, create, and teach developmentally appropriate lessons for your child. Each week is a different overall topic and the students are required to teach about their designated topic, letter, number, and shape or color. Requirements are that your child is potty-trained and between the ages of 3 to 5. They must be 3 before September 1st, this is the birthdate cutoff for the district.
The first day of preschool is the first week of October. Our preschool days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. There is an occasional exception when the schedule changes to accommodate Clear Brook bell schedules. Parents will be notified in advance to be able to plan accordingly. We are currently half-day. Drop off is from 8:10-8:20 and pick up is from 11:40-11:50 am. Tuition is $150 each semester. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.

****CBHS Character Evidence Drop****
Hello Parents and Community,
Please take a moment to think back over the last couple of weeks. Have your students, or their team, or their club done anything that fosters character in our school or in our community? If so, please click the link below and give us a couple sentences about the lesson or event. Bonus points if you have a picture to give us!
We will use the items that you send us as evidence in our application to maintain our status as a School of Character. The more evidence we have the better, so overload us!
Think outside the box, much of what is happening in class, clubs, and on teams is very important for developing character. Here is the link and QR code for the Character Evidence Drop. Thank you for your help.
