Welcome to the 2022-23 School Year!
Greetings! We are grateful for our returning students and would like to extend a warm welcome to our new families on campus. Below is all of the information you need to guide you and your high school student(s) for the new school year.
We are very excited to introduce a new bell schedule for the 2022-2023 school year. The details are in the student handbook link below. We are keeping with block scheduling but incorporating one, 8-block day, to the five day week. Doing so, will allow all students to meet with a teacher three times a week and brings consistency to the A/B schedule.
As always, let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy the remainder of summer!
Mrs. Fouts, SMCHS Principal

Student Parking Registration
All students intending to park on campus must register their vehicle with the high school office. Please use this google form to register a vehicle: SMCS VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORM
This will also be sent to students the first week of school. Failure to register the vehicle can result in vehicle being towed if we are unable identify the owner.
Traffic Pattern for Pickup/Dropoff
Construction in front of our campus is scheduled to be complete by the start of the school, allowing traffic to flow as usual.
All traffic enters the campus using the south driveway. THIS IS A ONE-WAY ROUTE. Please DO NOT exit this way. Guests during the school day should use the FRONT parking area.
If you are dropping off students before school, turn into LANE ONE behind school and drop your child off at the back McClone Gym entrance. In an effort to keep this zone free for a drop off area, students are not allowed to park in lane one during school hours. Students should park in the LANES TWO OR THREE and park within the marked stalls. (See diagram below.)
As you exit the campus, use the north traffic lane and north exit lanes onto Cold Spring Road (traffic also flows one way out).
Food Services
SMCS Food Service provides lunch including ala carte items every day that school is in session. You may access the Free/Reduced Lunch Forms on our website. Please do not hesitate to take advantage of this program if you qualify. It saves you money and provides us with reimbursement.
Students are not allowed to purchase lunch or ala carte items if they have a negative balance.
Food Service accepts credit card payments for payment on your child(s) food service bill. Please note that there is a 3% service charge for this convenience. Follow this link to get started: https://tcces.ejoinme.org/SMCSLunchPayments. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is completed. If you have any questions, please call Anne Greif in the food Service office at 920-967-0107.
