Dear Tully Families,

Welcome back to a new school year! I am Principal Wilken, and it is my pleasure to extend a warm greeting to all our returning students and families, as well as those joining us for the first time. We are excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and community at Tully GATE Magnet School.

At Tully, we believe in providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all our students. Our diverse community is one of our greatest strengths, and we are committed to ensuring that every student feels valued and supported.

Important Information:

School Supplies: We understand that purchasing school supplies can be challenging. If you need assistance with getting school supplies, please let us know. We have resources available to help ensure that every student has what they need to succeed.

Free and Reduced-Price Meals: All Tully students receive free breakfast and lunch.

After-School Programs: We will begin our 21st Century after school program in September. More information on this program will be available later this month. The Boys and Girls Club is located across the street from Tully. It is available for kids in grades 1st and up.

Communication: We believe in open and frequent communication between school and home. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Our doors are always open, and we are here to help. Our school uses the ClassDoJo App. You will be getting more information from your child's teacher.

Parent Involvement: We encourage parents to be involved in their child’s education. Your support and engagement are vital to your child's success. Look for opportunities to participate in school events and volunteer activities throughout the year. We are always looking for opportunities to bring parents and community to our school!
