It's Your Year!!!
Welcome back to the last part of the school year!!!! I hope you all had a restful break and were able to take some time to rest and reflect on the 2024 year. This month, 3rd-5th are going to begin my favorite Unit of our Sources of Strength Unit 3: Emotion Regulation and learning the Regulation railroad. K,1st, and 2nd are on to learning all about the BrainTree!
2025 Goals and Resolutions
With the new year, I found myself reflecting on my goals I made last year and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to accomplish them for the most part! My goals last year were to write or notice 3 things I'm grateful for every day, Rotate reading fiction/non-fiction books, and workout 4x a week for 30 minutes each time. Yay! With my goals, I want to expand on them. You can check them out below my personal goals for this year. What goals have you set for yourself this year?
