4K & K REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
5K Registration and 4K Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 school year! Learn the full details about documentation needed at www.lexrich5.org/kindergarten.
4K Notes:
Your child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st to apply for the 4K program.
4-Year-Old Kindergarten applications are available at your child’s zoned elementary school.
5K Notes:
Only NEW Kindergarten students for the 2025-2026 School Year need to register.
Kindergarten registration is available online.
* In-person registration may be available at zoned elementary schools.
** Students who are currently in the 4-year-old kindergarten program and in PowerSchool should not complete the new student process, as current students will automatically roll into 5-year-old kindergarten at the end of the school year. Parents will be prompted to update their information in FinalForms over the summer.
UPDATING STUDENT INFORMATION
Has your phone number changed? Did you recently move to a new address? In the event of an emergency, it is important that we have the correct contact information. If you have recently moved, please submit your new proofs of residence to our registrar, Mrs. Graham.
Please use this link or click on the graphic below to update your information in our system. If you have any questions or need assistance logging into FinalForms, please call the school at 803-476-3800.
PARENT SURVEY
The South Carolina Department of Education has partnered with the Education Oversight Committee to deliver a parent survey. The responses to this survey help school and district leaders understand how parents feel about the school. A link to this survey is being sent to the parents or guardians of every student in South Carolina.
If you have multiple children, you might get several links. We are only asking you to complete one survey for each school your children attend. You are permitted to complete one survey for each of your children if you want, but only one survey for each school is needed.
Check your email and spam for a link to this important survey. If you do not have an email address, you can ask the school registrar to print out a QR code for you to scan with your phone. The link will take you directly to the survey.
EXCEPTIONAL STUDENTS' WEEK SHIRT ORDERS
Check your student's folder for a t-shirt order form. All payments will be made through Student Quick Pay. Orders are due by FRIDAY, MARCH 14th. If you order one of these shirts, we will wear them school-wide on Thursday, April 4th to celebrate Exceptional Students' Week.

PTO NEWS
STAFF MEMBER OF THE WEEK
March 7, 2025
I select for my staff member of the week, Dr. Erica Spratley. Four years ago when I looped to second grade with my Harbison West Virtual first graders that I taught the year before, I had the great opportunity to teach second grade with Dr. Spratley and experience first hand - what an amazing, caring, sharing, and dedicated teacher she is. Not only do Dr. Spratley’s students benefit from her knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to try new things, but also her colleagues benefit from working and collaborating with her. Dr. Spratley’s cheery and friendly personality makes both students and teachers feel valued and cared about. Dr. Spratley personifies what a Hero teacher/leader is. Thank you, Dr. Spratley, for being the wonderful person you are!
