Event Information

Community Vaccine Clinic Hillside School District 93

This event is open to the community; all are welcome to attend. Interested participants must register for the wellness clinic through Jewel-Osco to receive a vaccination. The Vaccine Clinic will be held in the Hillside School Gym.


ALL FLU SHOTS will be offered FREE OF CHARGE regardless of insurance status.


All other vaccinations will require proof of insurance. Vaccinations will also be covered under Medicaid and Medicare B.
