HVJ Tribal Talk
Tribal Talk from Wednesday, January 8, 2025
Below is the link to this week’s Tribal Talk.
Slide 1- Intro. Check in with students and ask them about their breaks.
Slide 2>9- Bday slides. Since we didn’t get to do December, I added them to this one. Also, summer babies should see their names for their half-birthdays.
Slide 10- Calendar. Be sure to make sure students know about days off this month.
Slide 11>12- Lunch schedule. Since it’s still pretty new, it would be helpful to tell students the improved lunch schedules again.
Slide 13- Counselor Updates. Take a moment to ask students if they have any issues with their schedules still. Please ask them to email their counselor if they still have issues.
Slide 14>23- Announcements. Go through each of these announcements. Most are new information.
Slide 24>27- Mini Lesson. This week’s mini lesson is about GPAs and their role in college admissions. Please give students a chance to read the slide and give you feedback about what they think of the information.
Slide 28>29- Riddle of the Week.
