Greetings! We know the start of school can be a hectic time. Just know that we are wishing you all the best as you navigate your schedule and new students.
Please note that our 2024-25 Calendar has been updated. The major changes are the Fall Piano Festival dates. In addition, while our Lowcountry Festival is growing, our Upper State is shrinking by one of our major participating schools. We will give those schools the opportunity to be adjudicated at the Lowcountry site or send a virtual submission.
Our upcoming Fall Business Meeting is Saturday, September 7th at 10:30 AM. Scroll down to see the Zoom meeting details.
We have a few sessions picked out for the 2025 SCMEA Conference that we think will be beneficial for our group--more information to come once presenters confirm. Lastly, we have some sad news: Our Past President, Hunter Cox has moved on to Raleigh, NC and will teach piano at Elanoe School of the Arts HS and be near his family. Best of luck, Hunter and thank you for all the work you helped us with in the last 4+ years!
