Learning Coaches will allow students to take ownership of their own learning during class

• Families/Learning Coaches will allow for students to be the only active participant in their class sessions.

All concerns should be discussed after classes have ended for the day with teachers or administrators in grade level zooms, via email, or by phone. Parents will not join class sessions for any reason.

Learning Coaches will allow for students to actively participate in trips/clubs/groups on their own if interested.

• While we appreciate families wanting to be involved in student social activities, students need time to interact with their peers both in-person and online as they would in a brick and mortar school without their families being involved.

Students need to attend Morning Meeting every day at 8:30 to be counted as present.

If absent with an excusable reason, complete form on BVA site

• Two Weeks after assignment are posted on Canvas.
• To ensure that students are not overwhelmed by the end of the marking period.

• Each STEP team has a combination of STEP positions that can include:

• STEP Clinical Coordinator

• STEP School Behavioral Consultant

• STEP Case Manager

• STEP Family Peer Specialist

What We Do:

• Individual, Group and Family Therapy

• Behavior Planning

• Case Management

• Family Peer support

• Trauma informed consultation on school wide initiatives

• Trauma informed Teacher coaching

• Professional Development for school staff

• School-wide planning supports focused on increasing mental and emotional health awareness
