Week In Review and A Look Ahead
November 15, 2024
Notes from the Principal
The first trimester officially ends on Thursday and final trimester grades will be officially posted on December 5. We are holding our fall conferences the week of Thanksgiving. Please see the detailed information below and how to sign up for a conference with teachers.
Fall Teacher Conferences
Fall conferences are set for Monday, November 25 from 1:00-3:00PM and again 4:30-7:30PM as well as Tuesday, November 26 from 1:00-3:00PM. Conferences may be in person or virtual. The link to sign up can be found HERE and you must schedule an appointment through this link and indicate in-person or virtual. The sign-up link will remain open until Friday, November 22 at 4:00PM.
Links for virtual conferences will be emailed out by teachers before noon on Monday, November 25.
Please be punctual for your conference as our teachers need to stay on schedule in order to not impact others and their scheduled times.
Those parents and guardians who will be coming into the building for Conferences are asked to take a few moments and look through our Lost and Found which will be moved to the Lobby. We have A LOT of water bottles, pencil cases, and clothes that have been left behind over the course of the trimester. All remaining items will be dontated to a local clothing shelter after the conferences.

MSE Winter/Holiday Assistance
For many, the colder weather and the holiday traditions of winter cause an increase in emotional and financial strain. If your family is in need of assistance this season, please let the MSE school counselors know using this confidential form. Through donations and community resources, we are honored to assist our families in need.
🎁 The deadline to request holiday assistance is Friday, November 15. After this date, the school counselors will continue to work with families. However, available resources may be more limited.
Please complete this form to indicate your preferred stores and/or items. While we are not able to guarantee specific matches, we will make every effort to be considerate of requests.
A school counselor will be in touch by December 6 to schedule pick up or delivery of items between December 10-16.
Student Council Food Drive
Student Council is hosting the Turkey Day Food Drive from November 6 - November 20. All items will be donated to Preston’s Pantry at Boyertown Area Multi-Service. See the image below for suggested items that are most needed at Preston’s Pantry. Students should bring donations to the library and place them in teachers’ boxes.
