Questions:
Pool Garden Project
Our pool garden is in need of an overhaul. Board member Kim Hart is leading the effort to find volunteers who can help before the opening of the pool.
You do not have to have a green thumb to volunteer! We need people to help in many ways! We did most of the clear out in the fall. We still need people to help: dig, plant, and haul in some new dirt. If you are a gardener, we also need your expertise, especially on local plants!
Work dates TBD as the snow melts this Spring!. Water was restored and our most recent need is for planting and succulent donations if you have some to share!.
Please contact: secretary@ponderosacommunityclub.org for more information or to volunteer!
LWFR Chelan County Fire Restrictions
Please follow this page to stay aware of the current conditions and burning restrictions as we head into the Spring and Summer months.
Wildfire Preparation Assistance from Cascadia
LWFR Chipping Program
LWFR offers a free chipping service. You can apply here once the event opens in the Spring: https://www.lwfr.org/community-chipping
Bears and Securing Garbage
It's that time of the year again when the Bears are waking up and are looking for food. Please make sure to secure garbage with bear resistant cans! Make sure to pull garbage cans out early Monday morning before pickup and secure for the week to avoid having garbage strewn about by these hungry bears.

Ponderosa Community Events and Activities Survey
We are collecting ideas from the membership about events or activities you would like to see in our community- at the park or clubhouse. We cannot guarantee all suggestions can be accommodated, however we would like ideas for new fun events that members have an interest in. Additionally, one of our biggest roadblocks is finding volunteers to help, so there is a question regarding interest in volunteering to help with events as well. Thank you for your time in providing feedback! This survey will be open from February 28th-March 31st.
