A Message from Admin
Exciting news from Big Bear this week! Shadow and Jackie, the beloved bald eagle pair, have just welcomed two new chicks into their nest! Watching these dedicated parents care for their young is a beautiful reminder of the importance of nurturing, guidance, and teamwork—values we hold dear in our school community.
Just as Shadow and Jackie work together to provide a safe and supportive environment for their eaglets to grow, our teachers and staff are committed to creating a space where your children can thrive. Education, like raising young eagles, is a shared effort between school and home. Your partnership and involvement play a vital role in helping our students develop the confidence and skills they need to spread their wings.
As we head into the long weekend, we encourage everyone to take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy moments with family. Thank you for being part of our incredible school community. We are grateful for your ongoing support and collaboration!
Proud to be a Dolphin!

Attendance is important! We understand there are times when appointments cannot be made outside of school hours. When this happens, please make sure to follow the below steps.
- Come to the front office with your picture ID

- The office will call your students classroom and ask them to walk to the office (note: UTK students will be escorted by a staff member)
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you request that your student be in the office waiting when you arrive, we do our very best to have them ready in the office, but please understand that this is not always a possibility. We appreciate your understanding.
