A MESSAGE FROM CYMS
Greetings CYMS,
This week brings several important events and opportunities. On January 14th and 15th, our high school counselors will visit 8th-grade classrooms to guide students through the high school course selection process. These sessions are an invaluable resource to help students prepare for their transition to high school.
As a reminder, our 8th-grade students who applied to attend York County School of Technology will visit YCST on Friday, January 17th. Please remind your student to practice their interview skills, dress professionally, and bring a water bottle along with a positive attitude. This is a great chance for them to showcase their best selves!
We are also excited to invite you to the CYMS Band & Orchestra Concert on Tuesday, January 14th, at 7:30 p.m. in the CYMS auditorium. Join us for an evening of beautiful music and celebrate the hard work of our talented student musicians.
A friendly reminder that there will be no school on Monday, January 20th, as we observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Looking ahead, don’t forget to mark your calendars for another Fun Friday and Dodgeball Tournament opportunity on January 31st and check out the details below.
Thank you for your continued support!
With Panther Pride,
Mr. Jerry Eisner
