Parent Parking
We have created a quick drop-off zone right at the front of the school. Parents should remain in their cars, and students quickly exit vehicles and go to their assigned entrance.
Crosswalk
It is essential that no cars stop in the big yellow crosswalk area (near the library) or after the no parking sign close to the far crosswalk (see diagram above).
Please do not drop off your child within 6 feet of the crosswalks
If you are dropping off your child on Hamilton Drive (headed North), please pull over and stop MORE THAN 6 feet before the stop sign and crosswalk. This will help to keep all children at the crosswalk safe and visible.
Park in the parking lot if you are walking your child to the building
If you would like to walk your child to their assigned doors, please park in the parking lot and walk using the crosswalks to get to the school. Please ONLY USE the crosswalk.
Cross the street only at the crosswalk.
Do not cross in the middle of the street. Please ONLY use crosswalks.
The speed limit by the school is 15 kilometers per hour.
Lunch drop off
If you are dropping off lunch for your child, there is now a cart in the office. Please LABEL each bag with your child’s name and homeroom teacher and grade. Leave the lunch on the cart. Students will be notified and will come down at their lunch block.
Hot lunch service through Healthy Hunger will begin in September on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
