Test Coordinators receive Interactive Checklist from College Board for PSAT/SAT

Create schedules and identify staff for testing to prepare for testing

Pre-id of students in OEAA for M-STEP, PSAT. SAT, WorkKeys, Mi-ACCESS - continue to Pre-id up until testing as students enroll or drop (Opens January 3rd, Pre-id will load into DRC for M-STEP and MiAccess. Pre-id will load in Test Day Toolkit for PSAT/SAT) OPENS Jan 6, 2025

Students taking MI-Access, switch their test cycle in Pre-id from M-STEP to MI-Access

Access to Student Data Management System to verify and force match accommodations from SSD (Early February) before transferred to Test Day Toolkit for PSAT/SAT

Staff training (Assessment Integrity, Test Administration, and sign Security Compliance Form)

Test Day Toolkit opens (February) - manage Online Test Sessions for PSAT/SAT

DRC opens (March) - Pre-id will carry into DRC, create Online Test Sessions in DRC for M-STEP and MI-Access

Mark accommodations in DRC for M-STEP - Selecting and Assigning Universal Tools, Designated Supports, and Accommodation

PSAT/SAT Test Coordinators will receive a link for required training in their email (March 10)

Print Test tickets for PSAT and SAT in Test Day Toolkit (Print 2 copies - one for practice in Bluebook during Digital Readiness check and one for test day)

Complete Digital Readiness Checklist Activities - Practice Test (2-3 weeks prior to testing)

WorkKeys materials arrive in schools - verify all materials and make sure everything has been received
