We currently have one open position in our After School Program. The hours are 2-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interested candidates should contact Mrs. Tice at principal@saintjohnsch.net.


Preschool and Pre-K Families - be sure to respond to the survey in your email regarding the Meet and Greet next week.

TUITION AND SCHOLARSHIP UPDATES

Did you know?

Families that choose the 10-month payment option are able to spread out the payments over the month rather than making one payment. For example, if your monthly payment is $300, you can make two payments of $150 rather than the $300 at one time. Reach out to Mrs. St. Amant if you would like to setup this option.

Tuition Payment Plans

All families in PreK-5 should have received an email from Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) regarding their 2024-25 Payment Plans.

  • New families need to follow the links to set-up their payment plan.
  • Returning families have had their payment plans from 2023-24 rolled over. Please login to your STS account to review the plan and let Mrs. St. Amant know of any changes by Friday, August 2, 2024.

PreK BRIDGE Scholarship Opportunities

Saint John the Evangelist Catholic School has a total of $5,000 in Bridge Foundation PreK EITC tuition scholarships. Families with children in our PreK programs can apply for the 2024-25 school year. This is an income-based scholarship with the limits being $108,444 Adjusted Gross Income, with an additional $19,088 adjustment for each dependent.


Please be advised that there is a 10-hour community service requirement for the families that accept this scholarship money. Families will have one year from the time that the scholarship is received to complete the 10 hours.


The scholarship is not part of the STS financial aid application. A fillable application is attached.



Please return the completed application and required documentation to the school office, attention of Mrs. St. Amant, by Friday, September 20, 2024.

Survey Response Requested by 8/5



Attention Families! The Home and School Association is busy preparing for another fun year, and we need your help.


We ask that you complete the survey found here no later than Monday, August 5. The survey includes information regarding opportunities to get involved with H&SA this year, and also asks for critical information needed for several activities at the beginning of the year:


- Your student(s)' t-shirt size. H&SA will provide gray Saint John phys ed shirts to all PreK 4 students, Kindergarten students, and new incoming students in upper grades prior to the beginning of the school year. Saint John School will provide Race for Education t-shirts to all students before that event later this fall.

- Your participation selection for the H&SA Gardner's candy fundraiser, to kick off our new fundraising year in support of school, student and teacher/staff activities. Families are asked to sell at least one box of 36 Gardner's candy bars or to make a donation in lieu of selling candy bars. Please indicate your preference in the survey.

- Your selection for the number of boxes of Gardner's candy you'd like to sell, as well as selections for a variety box of six different flavors or a box containing only peanut butter candy bars.


Families who DO NOT complete the survey by August 5 will receive one variety box of candy bars to sell.


NOTE: Candy will be available for pickup at the school, tentatively 10 a.m.-12 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14 and 5-7 p.m. Thursday, August 15. Stay tuned to your email and the Home & School Association Facebook page for candy pickup details.
