Self-reflection is a continual process; it is your compass for personal growth. In addition to promoting student self-reflection, consider journaling your responses to the powerful eight teacher questions in Self-Reflection Strategies for Students, Teachers, and Leaders. Consistently revisit the responses to gain a clearer picture of your instructional practices. Then, create goals to enhance your teaching methods.

Take your reflection, analysis, and goal setting journey to the next level by participating in the upcoming 3-day workshop, Leading the Leander Way: Continuous Improvement Academy. Come individually or with a team to:

• deepen your understanding of and leadership through Leander ISD's Continuous Improvement philosophy,

• utilize tools to identify and tackle a problem of YOUR choice, and

• learn how to apply the CI philosophy to empower students and stakeholders.
