LABOR DAY GRAND RAFFLE
TICKETS NOW ON SALE
St. Cecilia's Labor Day Grand Raffle Ticket Sales have begun! The Grand Prize for this year will be either a brand new 2024 Arctic White Corvette Stingray 1LT; MSRP $69,995; removable roof panel, 8-way power GT bucket seats, LED headlamps, remote vehicle start, bose premium 10 speaker audio system, HD rear vision camera, forward collision alert & theft deterrent system, OR a $50,000 cash option!
Tickets are $25.00 each. A maximum of 8,000 tickets will be sold and the drawing will be held on Monday, September 2nd.
To buy tickets, you can either call our office at 859-363-4311, go to our Festival website, or mail us back the Grand Raffle postcards with a check. Postcards have been sent out.
*IMPORTANT: If you decide to purchase a ticket on our STCfest website, we are currently experiencing website issues. At this time, you can only purchase one ticket at a time rather than multiple tickets in one purchase. If you would like to purchase more than one ticket, you will need to do multiple transactions for the number of tickets you want or you can call our office. Apologies for this inconvenience.*

PTO SCHOLARSHIP
Reminder that our last PTO Meeting will take place on May 14 at 6:30pm in the Undercroft. We will be drawing for the PTO scholarship winner and voting for the 2024-25 Vice President and Treasurer. It's not too late to enter for your chance to win a $250 tuition scholarship. Everyone in attendance gets one chance to win!

SPORTS UPDATES
7TH AND 8TH GRADE SPORTS BANQUET
The St. Cecilia Sports Committee will host the 2024 sports banquet this year on Thursday, May 9th at 6:00 PM in the church undercroft.
VOLLEYBALL SIGN UP
Fall Volleyball is upon us! Open registration for Girls Fall Volleyball will be from April 19th through July 1st. This is open to those girls who will be in grades 3rd-8th in Fall 2024.
The season will run from end of the July until mid-October. Any questions, please email Alicia Heller at volleyball@stcindependence.org.
4TH ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

To help memorialize the late pastor of St. Cecilia Parish, Fr. Mario J. Tizziani, the Sports Committee Golf Outing will continue the mission of Fr. Mario to provide a first-class sports facility for the members of the St. Cecilia Parish and School.

CAMPUS RESERVATIONS
If you need to reserve a room on campus, please go to our Parish Website and click "Reserve Campus Space". Once you have finished filling out the form, it will be sent to the church office and you will receive a confirmation email once the reservation has been made.

The Holy Cross High School Boys Basketball Team is hosting a youth summer camp June 10-13 from 9:00-11:30 AM for boys entering grades 6-9 and from 12:30-3:00 PM for boys entering grades 2-5 during the 2024-25 school year. PLEASE NOTE: The current dress code does permit apparel from the sports committee spiritwear shop. The dress code was approved prior to the new line of apparel being offered. At this time, we will honor the current dress code for the 2023-2024 school year. We will move to wearing the official school crest only for the following year. Additional spirtwear days will be added to the calendar for students to showcase all things St. Cecilia.

- Be sure to include your student's name, grade, and homeroom teacher's name in the order form to ensure it gets delivered with no issues. Failure to do so will result in delay in delivery.
- Complete your order and mark your calendar for the delivery date. Items will be delivered to the students' homeroom at the end of each month.
