We had another fantastic week at The Ranch! Thank you for your continued trust in us—we love having our Broncos with us each day!

Next week, our teachers will kick off WIN (What I Need) Time. During this dedicated time, students will focus on various academic skills tailored to their individual needs. We’re excited to see the growth and progress this will bring!

We’re excited to share our October dress-up days! Each month, our staff plans fun themes, and we’d love for our Broncos to join in the fun. Here’s the calendar for October:

Please make sure you arrive with enough time to sign in and get your visitor badge. The lines may be long to sign in, so please plan accordingly.

A few reminders:

• Parent Lunch Tables: These are designated for you and your child on the stage. Please note that your child’s friends cannot join you at the parent lunch table.

• Guest Limit: Please limit your party to two guests per person.

• Busy Days: Fridays are our busiest days for lunch guests. Please plan accordingly.

When we close the cafeteria for guests, please know it is due to events being held on the stage, activities in the cafeteria, or decorating for events that take multiple days to prepare.

Our cafeteria will be closed to guests on the following dates, as listed in the flyer below.

Please see the flyers below for our early release dates for the school year. On these days, all students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM. KIN will remain open until its normal hours.

We are still looking for WATCH D.O.G.S.! It’s never too late to join and be a part of this amazing group. Any time you can volunteer is greatly appreciated! Here are some ways you can get involved:

• Work with children in the classroom
• Help with drop-off or car pick-up
• Assist in the cafeteria during lunches
• Supervise recess/playground
• Help with copies and duties in the office

Thank you to everyone who helped support our Krispy Kreme Digital Dozens! We are excited to share that we sold 111 dozen donuts, raising $832.50! The funds raised will help us support events, including Veterans Day, Trunk or Treat, Bike Rodeo, Art in STEAM, and many more. Your contributions are making a significant difference in our community and enhancing these special events.

Just a reminder that the designated time for early check-out is no later than 2:00 p.m. We appreciate your attention to this guideline, as it helps ensure a safe and efficient dismissal process each day. If you need to make any dismissal changes for your child, please be sure to contact the front office by 2:00 p.m. On early release dates the designated time for early check out is 12:00 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation!
