Charging into Greatness!
We are excited to share that our first week of testing was a complete success. Over 95% of students have completed the English portion of the SBAC. This week we will embark on the Math portion of the test. Thank you for your support and encouragement as all of our students practice healthy test-taking skills.
Thank you for your love and appreciation of staff last week. PTO sponsored a wonderful breakfast and we were able to get new YMS Toros shirts as a token of appreciation to all of our dedicated adults on campus.
A very Happy Mother's Day to our Toro Mommas! This includes all who take on the role of mother and caregiver to others--we are grateful for the pivotal role you play in the life of our young scholars.

SBAC Testing: Today You will GLOW when you show what you know!
May 6-May 17; CAST (Science 8th grade) May 20-May 24
The upcoming SBAC tests in English and Math are not just assessments; they are a gateway to future educational opportunities, helping to identify students' strengths and areas for growth. These exams aim to give students an abiity to draw on multiple content areas, skillls and mindsets to demonstrate proficiency of grade level standards. By participating fully and performing to the best of their abilities, students can open doors to advanced learning programs and academic pathways tailored to their interests and talents. Your encouragement and support play an invaluable role in this important process, helping our students to embrace these opportunities with confidence.
Attendance is especially key during these weeks of testing. Students will get a raffle ticket for each day they are there and a chance to earn a second one for good effort. At the end of the week, we will draw 10 names for chances to win gift cards and other prizes. Please Note* Our Start and End Times will not change during testing"
