Select a tag from the Giving Tree
Purchase gifts (items listed on the ornament are suggestions made by the parent)
Return WRAPPED gifts, with the tag attached to the school office. The tag MUST BE attached so we can identify the family/child receiving the gifts.
All gifts must be to the office by Wednesday, December 11th.
If you have any questions please contact the office at 970-679-9800.
Philo Food Drive
Student Ambassadors are partnering with Philo to collect nonperishable food items. The food drive has started and will end December 5th. The need is great this year and every little bit helps. In particular the following are so helpful: Cereal, Canned Meat, Peanut Butter, Baking Mixes, Canned Fruit and Veggies, Soup/Broth, Rice, Pasta, Dried Stuffing, Pie Crust and filling, Juice, Coffee/Tea, Hot Chocolate, Snacks, Condiments, Personal Hygiene, Toiletries, All Baby Products.
Boxes are located outside of each classroom and will be collected weekly by student ambassadors. Thank you for helping to contribute to those in our local community!
Give Next - Change for Change!
It’s time to bring in your Change for Change! The Give Next class is raising money to donate to local nonprofits that support school safety. Students can bring in loose change or bills to their assigned classroom can from November 1st
through Fall break. Money will be collected every Thursday and the class that raises the most money will win a donut party in December! Help us help our community!
2025 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration!
This year’s theme, “A More Excellent Way, of Love,” honors Dr. King’s belief in justice, unity, and kindness. We invite Pre-K to 12th-grade students to participate in our art, writing, and (new) music contest, expressing their vision for a world filled with fairness and compassion. Submit your entries by December 11, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. Winners will be recognized at the Loveland MLK Community Celebration on January 16, 2025, where their work will be featured. For any questions, please contact Andrew Dutch (andrew.dutch@tsd.org). Let’s honor Dr. King’s legacy together through creativity!
