Message from Mr. Kingery
Dear Art Rutkin Families,
Our staff is extremely grateful for how our PSO and families expressed support and appreciation this year. Last week was a special staff appreciation week where every staff member had their bucket filled in some form each day. This is an amazing community! We are excited to be part of its growth over the years to come.
Opportunities to get involved at Art Rutkin! Please contact your child’s teacher if you are interested in volunteering in the class, or during end of year fun. Watch for classroom and school office newsletters to stay informed of what is happening each week until the end of the school year on June 14th. Contact our office for opportunities to volunteer over the summer too.
Neighborhood Safety Reminder
We want all our students to have safe walks and rides to and from school. This may also include times outside of the regular school day. New construction will be present in our area for years to come. Please take time to speak to your child about staying safe around areas where construction is taking place. Staying on completed sidewalks, staying out of areas under construction and leaving construction materials alone are a few ways to ensure safety all year long. Thank you for your time to connect with your child on how to be safe while construction continues in our area.
Please read this newsletter for important information and upcoming events.
With Gratitude,
Mr. Kingery
