My Self-Esteem

About my self-esteem
Close relationships are important to me is central in decisions I make. A passionate, upbeat, and fun-loving approach is important. Being successful is important to me. I have the strength to face my fears and am true to myself. I motivate myself to achieve and I strive to maintain harmony in all aspects of my life. Generally I don't concern myself about being rejected by others. I have an equal amount of self-worth and insecurity.
Affect of Low Self-Esteem
Self-esteem and mental health are closely related. Negative thinking patterns associated with low self-esteem can develop over time and lead to mental health problems such as depression or anxiety. Low self-esteem can make it hard to try new things or complete tasks and this can stop you from living your life the way you want.
What I can do to maintain or improve my self-esteem
I can not be critical of myself to others and confide to someone I trust. I can be kind to myself and believe in myself. I can reward myself if I do well and I can congratulate myself for a job well done. Learning to control myself and channeling my tension positively can help me improve my self-esteem. Also, I can stand up for what I believe in.
