All Saints Day
Here at SHS, we choose to celebrate All Saints Day at school rather than Halloween. This is always such a fun day! On November 1, our students will come to school dressed as their favorite saint. We will all attend Mass at 8:15 that day, and there will be classroom parties in the afternoon.
In addition, students in grades 3-8 will be learning about their chosen saint and presenting about him or her.
If you need ideas for a saint for your child, check out one of the following sites:
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Mark your calendars for parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, November 7, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Letters will be sent out about a week in advance from the classroom teachers so you can sign up for your time slot.
Middle School Teacher
We are still seeking a middle school English, History, and Latin teacher or even a long-term substitute teacher who would work under Mrs. Miron's guidance. If you know of someone who might be interested, they may submit their resume to Mrs. Miron at principal@sacredheartlanse.org. Thank you for spreading the word.
