If your student is receiving a Progress Notice for the first trimester, it will be in your Parent Portal tomorrow 10/15. If you would like a printed copy, please contact your Teacher.
TK and Kinder will send theirs home this week. It will not be in Parent Portal.

Coyle Fundraiser Update - Thank you!
Coyle Fundraiser
We kicked off our Fall Fundraiser last week and we are doing great! So far we have earned $233.60 of our $2000.00 goal! www.registercw.com
We are also doing a House Competition for this fundraiser since this fundraiser is for our House system! Students can earn points by creating an account and sending messages to families. The more clicks on your website link, the more points you will earn. ALSO, for each sale under your students name, their House will earn 5 points! www.registercw.com The winning House will win a sweet treat party!
Support our fundraiser by spreading the word with at least 10 friends & family! TEXT, email and share on social media using the handy tools available online! If you haven’t done so already, register today at www.registercw.com and start sharing our fundraising link now so we can reach our goal. Our fundraising goal is $2,000 and we need everyone’s help!

Kids Can Fundraiser
Can Food Drive
We are participating in the KCRAS Kids Can Food Drive as part of our mission to be of service to others through our House program. The House with the most participation will get a Popcorn party!
Please bring in non-perishable foods now until November 1st. Items can be taken to your classroom. Donated items will go to the Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services.
What should you donate?
Un-opened intact commercial packaging.
Non-breakable packaging (no glass please)

Students can ride SacRT for free with passes San Juan Unified has partnered with Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) to offer free transit through SacRT for San Juan Unified students. The program, RydeFreeRT, provides fare-free access for TK through 12th-grade students to SacRT transportation services. Students can pick up RydeFreeRT passes at their school’s front office. This money will go directly back to the classrooms to support student and classroom needs.

Crumbl Cookie Fundraiser Update

We earned $221.00 from our Crumbl Cookie Fundraiser on September 17th!
The class with the most participation was Ms. Scalise's class. They had their cookie party last Friday!
Thank you for your support! The money earned will go to specialty supplies that the Teachers would like to use in their classrooms!

$1.00 Popsicle and Cookie Sales - Friday 10/25
Our $1.00 Popsicle and Cookie sales is Friday, October 25th at 2:15pm.
The money earned goes towards student supports such at field trip fees, basketball team supports etc.
We will be updating our calendar with monthly dates soon. Make sure you check the calendar on our website and at the bottom of this newsletter for updates.

Student Store - Donations Needed
Our students are loving our student store! We use the store as part of our behavior rewards system.
Students are loving the bracelets, fun markers and school supplies!

Any family who has an address change within SJUSD or who moves out of the district and wants to stay within SJUSD schools.
If a family moves out of SJUSD and wishes to stay in SJUSD schools, they must submit and Interdistrict Transfer Permit (ITP) from the new resident district ( Go to the new resident district to be released ) and then fill out our online Interdistrict Transfer form and upload a copy of the release paperwork you filled out for the new resident district.

Please remember that the process takes 2-6 weeks after fingerprinting. You cannot volunteer until you have been fingerprinted and cleared so the sooner the better!

The San Juan Unified food closet is located at the Central Enrollment Center (3700 Garfield Ave. in Carmichael) and serves families who are in need of non-perishable food items.
Hours:
Open year round, Monday through Friday (8:30 am - 2:00 pm)

Our Coyle PTA supports our Teachers, Classrooms, and Students throughout the school year.
Your membership and support helps fund items like Sami Circuit, Starstruck, Classroom Materials, Family Nights, Field Trip Supports and more!
Each membership is $7.00. Coyle receives $2.00 from each online membership and the PTA National Organization receives the remainder. You can also pay with cash or check in the office and 100% of the membership fees to go back to our school.
