We are finally feeling the colder weather so please remind your student to wear a jacket when necessary. If your student is missing a jacket or other personal item do not hesitate to check out our lost and found in the front lobby.

If your student will be absent for any reason please contact the front office and let us know. Also, notify the front office if there are any changes to how a student will be getting home.

Another reminder that all after-school programs end at 4 pm so students MUST be picked up by these times!

• Picture Retakes on Dec 10th - If your student missed fall pictures they can be retaken and you can order photos at inter-state.com/Order use order code: 86667T
• Folklorico Performance is on Dec 11th - A special Holiday Performance begins at 6 pm! Please have performers arrive at 5 pm to prepare
• OMA Violin Performance on Dec 11th - Musical showcase featuring 4th Grade Violin beginning at 9:30 am for parents and siblings
• OMA Band and Orchestra Performance on Dec 12th - Musical showcase featuring 5th Grade Orchestra & 5th Grade Band beginning at 9:30 am for parents and siblings
• OMA Opera Performance on Dec 13th - Opera showcase for 2nd Grade beginning at 10 am for parents and siblings
• PTO Christmas Dance on Dec 13th - A wonderful Holiday event hosted by PTO begins at 6 pm! Tickets on saleat the door. Hebrews Coffee will be selling coffee and hot chocolate!

• Tolson Holiday Extravaganza on Dec 18th - A festive Holiday event showcasing each grade performing a special holiday song! The show begins at 6 pm, please have students arrive at 5:45 pm to get ready with their class. We also ask that families do not leave early after students are done performing.

• No school on Dec 20th - Grading Day!
• Winter Break from Dec 23rd to Jan 3rd - Have a cozy and safe break!

• Students are not allowed to enter the building before 7:30 a.m. There is no supervision until that time.
• Do not park and abandon your vehicle in the designated drop-off/pick-up lane or in the bus bays. This causes major problems during drop off and dismissal. Please use either parking lots when visiting.
• Follow speed limits in the “School Zones”.
• Encourage your child to report all injuries or unsafe conditions to any adult on campus. If we do not know about circumstances when students are unsafe, we can’t intervene to help.
• Always walk your child into the office when they are tardy. The first bell rings at 8:25am. This is a District policy that is in place to keep your child safe. Never have your children walk to school alone when they are going to be significantly tardy.
• Parent pick-up students must be picked up in designated area in front of school. Please do not park in front of the building.
• You are welcome to sign students out before dismissal when appropriate. Please check them out in our front office.
• Parents/Guardians MUST call the front office when making a change in dismissal procedure. Thank you for helping us keep your child safe!
