NEWS FROM WERNER
Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-10
Our Werner Teachers & Staff are ROCK STARS! Let's show them we're their Biggest Fans!
Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up May 6th – 10th, and we are excited to celebrate our Rockstar Teaching Staff and show them how much we appreciate them for all their hard work this year! We need help from all our Wildcat Families to make this week special! There are plenty of opportunities to contribute throughout the week, so please check out the PTA’s Sign-Up Genius to sign up for anything you would like to help with.
To kick the week off, we would love to have families come down on Sunday, May 5th to decorate outside your teachers’ doors with sidewalk chalk art and notes for a fun surprise to welcome them when they arrive Monday morning. The PTA will have chalk available for everyone from 4-6pm that evening, or you can bring your own and come decorate anytime that day!
Please make sure to coordinate with your room parents to help contribute towards a class gift basket to give your homeroom teachers at the end of the week! You can show your teachers some extra love by having your student make them a card and bring it in to give them on “FAN FARE” Friday!
Thank you so much for your help celebrating our awesome teachers and giving them some VIP Treatment next week!
