Welcome! My name is Maria Northrup and I will be your child's teacher this school year! This is my 8th year teaching at Stanley Makowski, and I am so happy to continue teaching first grade this year. I attended Canisius College to get my Bachelors in Early Childhood and Childhood Education and my Masters degree in Differentiated Instruction. I am so excited to welcome you and your child to our virtual classroom. First grade is a very busy year, filled with lots of fun and learning!
