For: Classified Employees

Provo City School District Education Support Personnel, this notice is to inform you, beginning December 2, 2024, we will be transitioning from our current time clock system to a new time clock system called UKG. New clocks will be installed in place of the old clocks at the end of the month. Instructions for using the clocks to punch in and out of work will be posted near the clocks to support you in using the time clocks. As before, you will be able to swipe your ID badge to punch in and out and to change assignments when needed. Moving forward, each employee will be required to punch in and punch out at the time clock. There will not be remote access via phone apps or internet browsers. Please plan accordingly. For: Classified Employees

Classified employees, self-evaluations are now loaded and ready for you to complete. Please complete your self-evaluations no later than the last day of November. Schedule an appointment with your supervisor to review the self-evaluation and discuss performance goals for the remainder of the school year by the end of December. You can access their self-evaluations by following the directions below:

1. Self-Evaluation Login
2. Login to the EMS system using your employee ID # as your username and your password
3. Hover over the “Employee” button to access a dropdown menu
4. From the dropdown menu select “Appraisals” then select “current”
5. Click on the “Edit” button for the current year’s “Self-Appraisals” button and complete the self-appraisal / evaluation and then save

I just want to remind everyone that November is also National Native American Heritage Month (NNAHM), therefore, it is full of opportunities for teaching, understanding, and learning about Native American/Alaska Native people, culture, and history.
