Shiloh Scoop Spring Edition
April 9th, 2025
Rental Restrictions vote ongoing. Will end on May 30th at 5pm
We need your vote. Please take the time to place it either online or via paper ballot.
Just a reminder to vote. The proxy did not count as your vote because this vote is being held outside the election.
If you are an online voter (44 homes that signed up for online voting have not placed a vote online)
You received the original email on Feb 23 at 9am and the second reminder on March 6th at 8:45am.
Please make sure to check your spam and trash folders. Other residents have had luck searching for the date if election buddy is not helpful for the search. The last reminder email was sent on April 5th at 9am.
If you are a paper voter (82 residents have not submitted their paper ballot).
A second ballot was mailed to your house and you should have received it a few days ago. Please fill out this ballot and send a picture of it to cneville@cmacommunities.com or hand deliver it to a Board member.
If you would like to vote online instead of on a paper ballot, please email dawn.shilohhoa@gmail.com and include your name and address in the email and I will add you manually.
Thank you for helping us to close out this vote. We would like 100 percent participation and the Board is a volunteer entity and would prefer not to have to take our time to walk the neighborhood for votes.

Swimming pool renovation
The swimming pool will begin a renovation starting April 14th. The cold weather caused more problems with our pool lining and made it necessary to start the renovations this year. The last pool resurfacing was done in 2013. The work will hopefully conclude before Memorial Day. We hope to open the pool on the Memorial Day weekend. The scope of work will include resurfacing and retiling both the main pool and the baby pool and we will be making upgrades to some of the components that need upgrading to meet code requirements.
We are excited about this upgrade!
Schmakel led clean up
On Wednesday April 2nd, the Schmakel's led a neighborhood clean up. They were a small crew due to Spring Break but we applaud their effort and their willingness to help keep our neighborhood trash free. Please continue to look out for future clean ups as TJ Schmakel is committed to doing several more.
Please clean up your dog poop
Please do not leave dog waste bags in a neighbors front yard as you walk. We have had several complaints that these bags were never picked up and disposed of. Also, always remember to pick up dog poop as soon as it happens.
Easter at Shiloh Farms
Please join us for an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 19th, at 11:30AM, on the Clubhouse lawn! Please arrive no later than 11:20AM to ensure that your child is in the correct area to start the hunt, as it goes by very quickly. The Easter Bunny will be in attendance and available for pictures until 12:30PM. Please make sure also to bring a basket or bag to collect your children's eggs in. There will be cookies, snacks, and drinks for everyone to enjoy!
Please contact Christy Louella, at christylouella@gmail.com, if you have any questions.
If you know of a teen who needs volunteer hours and would like to dress up as our bunny, please email christylouella@gmail.com
