- As a reminder, the consent agenda includes a number of items. At this meeting, the following items were approved as part of consent:
- Approved all items presented in the consent agenda.
- a. Minutes
- b. Personnel
- c. STEAM Academy Prom
- d. ELLevation Renewal for 2025
- e. Challenger Center License Fees
- f. Agreement to Provide Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Services
- Approved financial report and November disbursements as presented by CFO/Assistant Superintendent of Business Services Dr. Lavon Singleton.

- Missouri School Board Association (MSBA) update
- Superintendent Dr. Davis provided a preliminary staffing audit update. View the presentation.
- First reading of Board Policy revision drafts for Section H - Negotiations and Section A - Foundations & Basics. FFSD families and staff will receive additional communication about providing feedback to the revisions soon.
New Business
- The Board of Education is considering forming a "Safer Schools, Safer Communities" task force. This initiative will bring together community members, city officials, law enforcement partners, families, staff, and students to focus on how to make communities safer in and around our schools.
