What's Happening in December?
Dr. Isett's Weekly Message
Week of December 2, 2024
Hello Colts Families and Community,
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break filled with joy, delicious meals, and cherished moments with loved ones. It’s truly a privilege to serve as principal of such an outstanding school community, and I am grateful for the support and partnership you bring every day.
As we return from the break, we have just three weeks remaining in the semester. This is an important time for our students to stay focused and finish strong. I encourage you to review your student’s grades regularly and have conversations about their progress. Remind them to stay engaged, submit all assignments, and maintain open communication with their teachers. Your encouragement and support make all the difference!
On a special note, please join me in congratulating Mrs. Bussarakonsirivit on being named the Corona-Norco Unified School District Counselor of the Year! Mrs. B works tirelessly to ensure our students have access to the highest quality school counseling services. We 💚 you, Mrs. B, and we are incredibly proud of this well-deserved recognition!
Finally, let’s make these last three weeks of the semester count. Together, we can ensure a strong and rewarding finish. Thank you for all that you do to support our Colts community.
Have a fantastic week, Colts!
Warm regards,
Eva Isett, Ed. D.

School Safety
See something, say something
At River Heights, the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community are our top priority. Students, if you witness or experience bullying, threats, or suspicious behavior, report it to a trusted adult. Parents, stay engaged by talking to your children about their school experiences, monitoring online activities, and reporting concerns.
Together, we can ensure our school remains a safe, secure, and supportive environment for everyone. Thank you for your continued vigilance and partnership in this effort.
Witness Statement
We take allegations of bullying and harassment seriously. Please have your student complete a witness statement if they have something to report. If it is an urgent matter, please call the front office at (951) 738-2155, if it is an emergency, please call 911.
