Happy Monday Dakota Meadows families,

I continue to be impressed by our students, staff, and families. I am proud to be working in a community that partners together for the benefits of students. Healthy partnership requires communication, if you need clarification on an issue or situation, please do not hesitate to reach out.

After spring break, students will begin taking the MCA tests. These math, reading, and science tests provide us with data for us to measure the proficiency of our students. Students will take these tests in their math, english, and science classes.

The pick up and drop off procedures will be changing in mid-April, please stay tuned for more communication on this. This change will not allow for students to pick up or drop off in the parking lot.

Please join Mrs. Buttell for our monthly DMMS connects tonight at 5 PM. If you would like to speak to us for any reason, please stop by. Our PTA meeting will meet afterward at 6:15.

Two hour early releases will take place on the following dates:

April 17th, 2024. May 15th, 2024.

There are no middle school practices on early release days. ALL DMMS student athletes should be picked up or use bus transportation home on these days.There is also no activity bus to Mankato West on Early release days. Student Athletes that participate at the high school level may have practices as normal but will have to provide their own transportation or contact their coach.

As we get ready to head into the fourth quarter of our school year, PTA is continuing to work hard to raise funds for upcoming activities and resources. With that, we want to again thank all who have donated thus far. Donations are still be accepted via this link:
