Janesville Wildcats are Spooktacular
From The Principal's Desk
September has been a busy month on the Wildcat campus. We are well under way for a great school year. Our cross-country teams have been practicing hard and competed in their first meet the end of last week. Girl's Basketball has been busy preparing for their season with open gyms during the week and the girls are excited to start their season later this month.
As we look forward into October and the fun fall activities it brings; TK-3rd grade will be heading out to their annual Wemple's Pumpkin Patch field trips, at the end of the month junior high will put on their annual Lip Sync show which is always a great time and on Saturday, October 26th, is the Fall Carnival. The eighth grade class is busy planning a spectacular carnival for everyone to attend with games, cotton candy and the traditional cake walk. We hope you can attend some of these events.
The sixth grade class just returned from Sixth Grade Science Camp and it was a jam packed three days. We'd like to thank the teachers, parents and volunteers from various agencies who helped make that happen for our kids. Don't forget about 4th-8th grade after school homework help on Monday-Thursdays from 2:30-3:30p.m. if your students need it. As always reach out to your students teacher if they are struggling or if you have any questions.
