Sneak Peek of the Week! 👓
Hello,
With Palm Sunday this weekend, we enter Holy Week—a sacred time to reflect on Christ’s love and sacrifice. We’ll honor this season through faith-based activities, our Lenten Soup Project, and more. Please note the following:
Sunday April 13
-Palm Sunday, Holy Week begins. All are welcome and encouraged to attend Mass at 11:00am at Immaculate Conception Church.
Monday April 14
-Stations of the Cross. Students will have the opportunity to engage in our Stations of the Cross displays. This is a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and focus on Jesus' journey to the cross, reminding us to remember His love, sacrifice and the true meaning of Holy Week.
Tuesday April 15
-Last call for forms & fees for students in grades 4-8 who are interested in participating in this year's 3D ball hockey and soccer tournament, raising funds for families with children who are face serious medical issues. Late fees cannot be accepted.
Wednesday April 16
-Best of luck to our Badminton team who will be participating in the Zones tournament! Athletes will be competing in a variety of gyms in our area, including at St. Mary's!
Thursday April 17
- Holy Thursday. Holy Thursday is important in the Catholic faith because it commemorates the Last Supper, when Jesus shared a final meal with his disciples and gave us the gift of the Eucharist. It’s a powerful reminder of what real love and sacrifice look like—serving others, even in the face of betrayal and suffering.
-All students will receive a simple soup lunch in place of the regular hot lunch, as part of our Lenten journey. Monetary donations are encouraged in support of repairs to Immaculate Conception Church. Thank you for your support!
-Saints' City Micro Market! Yellow will have the opportunity to shop, while Blue focuses on successfully managing ventures!
Friday April 18
- Good Friday, No School.
Sun Apr 20- Easter Sunday
Mon Apr 21- Easter Monday, No School.
Tues Apr 22- Earth Day, Carnival.
Wed Apr 23- Hot Dog preorders to office
Thurs Apr 24- Hot dog day, Micro Market, Pizza Hut orders due in PowerSchool.
Fri Apr 25- Kinder Friday

Our virtue focus during Holy Week is faithfulness—staying true to God, to others, and to what is right, even when it’s hard. As we remember Jesus’ journey to the cross, we’re reminded how important it is to trust God and stay strong in our faith.
Many blessings on your weekend!
Calendar 📆
Saints' City MicroSociety! 🌇
It’s a busy time in Saints’ City as some citizens continue to explore new job opportunities following recent business closures. The MicroSociety Government is working hard to support its citizens, helping them find meaningful employment and new opportunities. In a creative and compassionate move, the government has also declared Friday, April 11th as Pajama Day—a fun initiative to lift spirits and promote mental wellness. A cozy reminder that even in times of change, our community cares for one another!
Lenten Soup Project 🍲
As part of our Lenten journey, we’re replacing our regular vendor hot lunch with the Lenten Soup Project—a simple, meaningful meal that reflects the season’s call to sacrifice and generosity.
All students will have a role in preparing our soup, working closely with volunteers from the Catholic Women's League.
Soup will be served to all students on Holy Thursday in place of the regular vendor-based hot lunch. Families are encouraged to make a donation similar to what would normally be spent on hot lunch, with all proceeds going toward much-needed repairs at Immaculate Conception Church.
If you have signed up to bring ingredients, please ensure donations are delivered to the school by Monday.
Thank you for helping make this community effort a beautiful expression of faith and service!
