Weekly Message November 17, 2024
Dear Pirate Families,
I hope this message finds you well and that everyone has had an enjoyable week. It has been an exciting time at Piedmont Hills High School, filled with accomplishments, school spirit, and opportunities that highlight the incredible talents and dedication of our students and staff. It is always a proud moment to reflect on what makes our school community special. This past week has truly demonstrated that it is a great time to be a PIRATE. I’m pleased to share some highlights and upcoming events that continue to foster our students’ growth, engagement, and pride.
I want to congratulate the Advanced Drama class and Mr. Navarro for their outstanding fall production of Clue! The performances were filled with suspense, laughter, and impressive talent, making the show a wonderful experience. Their hard work, dedication, and creativity were evident in every scene, and it was a joy to watch the students bring this classic whodunit to life.

Creating Equitable Communities: Creating equitable communities involves fostering learning environments where harassment and discrimination are absent. To align with board policies and CDE requirements, it's crucial for everyone to understand what bullying entails. Sharing this information ensures we can collectively create a safer, more inclusive school community. On November 19th we will have a school wide lesson on Anti bullying based on Immigration Status Presentation Students.
Upcoming Coffee with the Principal: On November 20th the topic for Coffee with the Principal will focus on the importance of early education in preventing tobacco and cannabis use among adolescents.
