TUSD1 Parent Survey
Dear Families,
We hope you had a wonderful Rodeo Break! As we continue working to provide the best possible learning environment for our students, we need your help.
Tucson Unified School District has sent out the Parent School Quality Survey via email through SurveyMonkey with the subject line:
π© TUSD Parent School Quality Survey 2025 β We Want Your Feedback!
Your input is incredibly valuable in helping us understand how we can better serve our students and families.
β How to Help:
- Please take a few moments to check your email and complete the survey.
- If you havenβt received it, look for an email from A&E (the official survey distributor).
- Weekly reminders will be sent to those who havenβt completed it yet, so thereβs still time!
Your feedback helps us make Tucson Unified School District the best it can be. Thank you for your time and support!
Alice Vail MS Student ID Update:
π’ Important Update for Families
Going forward this year, students must bring their school ID with them every day. IDs are required as part of the sign-in process if a student arrives late. If a student does not have their ID, they will need to visit the library to request a replacement.
Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth and efficient process!

Verizon Innovative Learning
The best way to help prepare your student for their school day is to make sure they bring their issued iPad and for that iPad to be charged.
Students without their issued iPad require a loaner laptop. I want to describe the loaner process a bit here for you to underscore the importance of bringing charged iPads. Leaving class to get a loaner takes time away from learning. In an effort to encourage student preparedness, your student will be asked to go to the LMC for the loaner laptop, phone you to alert you that they are using a loaner laptop for the day, and then they will receive a lunch detention. Students are responsible for damaged or lost loaners.
Again, please remember the charged iPad!
Extra Math Resources for our Falcons and Families!
Dear Falcon Families,
We are excited to share some amazing math resources to help our students get some extra practice in a fun and user-friendly way! Whether your child needs to reinforce skills or is looking for a challenge, these options are designed to support their math learning at home.
Math Resources:
- IXL(Recommended Skills/Diagnostic and Games)
- Math with Mr. J (YouTube Channel)
- 99 Math
- Prodigy
These resources are great tools to keep math fun and engaging while reinforcing important skills. We hope they provide some extra support for your students at home!
Go Falcons!
