Congratulations on finishing another year of school, Raiders!

For some of you, this completes your VERY FIRST year at as a Raider. And for others, it's your VERY LAST week here at SISD. For all of us, we've learned and grown together all year long and we're proud of you!

No matter what age you are, remember: Once a Raider, Always a Raider!

Here's a list of important dates for our last week of school.

Proceeds benefit the Gwinn Blankenship Scholarship Fund, which benefits SHS seniors annually!

The Legacy Walk is located near the entrance of Raider Stadium.

We are so proud of our SHS seniors and are thrilled for the exciting events we are hosting to honor them this week. Be sure to note that SHS Graduation is a ticketed event.

Senior Walk will wrap up at the SHS campus on Tuesday at at 9:45 a.m. Parents and family are welcome.

Capping Ceremony will be Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. in the SHS Gym. Parents and family are welcome.

Graduation is Friday, May 24 at 6:00 p.m. (doors open at 5:00 p.m.) at Sunnyvale First Baptist Church. This is a ticketed event.

Our inaugural PTA Charter Meeting is set for May 28th at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. Be a part of our charter group for a special, discounted membership fee!

We can't do this without help from parents and volunteers.

Your presence on this Zoom meeting is crucial as we aim to establish our PTA. Membership dues for charter members will only be $9.00, but they will increase to $50 when we open membership in the August.

We MUST HAVE a minimum of 20 individuals to attend in order to officially form our PTA with the state.

Anyone can join - parents, local business members, grandparents, teachers, local community members - ANYONE who cares about SMS and SHS students and teachers!

May 22: Pep Rally at 3:15 p.m.

May 23: Awards Ceremonies, Early Release, Last Day of School

“Calling all SES dads! You have likely seen some of our SES dads help with the morning carpool lines from time to time on mornings of inclement weather. This team could use your help next school year! Your commitment is entirely volunteer and on an as-available basis. SMS school supplies will be posted on the SISD website in the summer.

SHS school supplies will be announced by teacher during the first week of school next fall.
