Your student has access to ST Math via the Harmony Portal. Puzzles may be completed at home as well as in class. Students may need guidance if challenged by a puzzle. Please keep their teacher informed if they get stuck and we can help!

Our campus was proud to participate in their first ever Scripps Spelling Bee! Students completed two campus-wide competitions, and our winners who will be advancing to the Scripps Bee are Precious (first place) and Liam (alternate). Please congratulate these great spellers, as well as all of our spellers and finalists.

Many of our 6th-8th students had excellent Science Fair Projects that qualify for the Regional Science Fair on 2/15/25. Parents of students who are invited to attend will receive an email from Ms. Brown. Students are encouraged to attend the 1/18/25 preparation tutoring boot camp to enhance their projects and work on preparation. Parents are encouraged to complete all required forms and upload their child's registration information to StemWizard. If invited to the Regional Science Fair, Harmony will cover the cost of the child's entry fee. This will be a fun, educational event and we encourage all students who qualify to participate. At Harmony Science Academy - Grand Prairie, we provide our students with healthy and nutritious school meals to support their growth. A reasonable dietary accommodation for children who have special dietary needs, such as Vegetarian meal, Halal friendly meal, Lactose free milk or Soy milk may be made in accordance with program regulations when the accommodation is requested and is at the discretion of the district.

Please fill out and provide this form to your child’s school if special dietary accommodations are requested. Students must have the Special Dietary Accommodation form signed by their parent/guardian in order to receive meal accommodations. If you have any questions, please contact the Child Nutrition Assistant, on campus.
